Today is a day that I am celebrating with gusto! Today is the 20th anniversary of Marketing Directions, Inc., publishers of The Trend Curve™.
I began the business with co-founder Steve Borsch 20 years ago purely as a consultancy. I still do work for client companies every year, but I keep a very short list for home furnishings consulting (Steve consults with clients on internet-as-a-platform exclusively). The majority of our energy for home décor is spent preparing trend forecasts and color palette forecasts that are best-selling items from The Trend Curve, and presenting trend seminars for companies, organizations, or at markets and trade shows.
We are celebrating our 20th anniversary with a re-design of both The Trend Curve newsletter and our web site, which you can view at www.trendcurve.com. You may also notice the new look on our blog. Now all three share the cleaner and fresher appearance that we think is a much better representation of our point of view.
