Bold Bands on the Table

One of the boldest trends taking shape in tableware is wide metallic bands. Why go big? Lenox says that oversized barware is becoming more popular, and a wide band balances these larger glasses perfectly. Another factor is consumer optimism. As the economy continues to improve and shoppers feel more confident, they willing to show off a bit. Wide metallic bands—whether on glasses, dinnerware or gifts—are a quiet way to indicate their positive feelings about the future.
