Pink Pops at High Point

October 28, 2013 By Michelle Lamb -

At the October 2013 High Point furniture market, blues and browns had top billing. Greens were rising and red-cast purples jumped onto the incoming list once again. But pink still stood out, whether it was seen in solid-color applications or as part of a pattern. In a warmer personality than we have seen in some time, hot pink really popped against emerald, brown, grey, black or white. Here are a few of the many ways in which pink stood out.

High contrast pink and
white from American Leather
A bright melange
from Century
Sari scraps brought vibrancy
to rugs from Creative Touch

Pink shades
at Wesley Hall
Ryan Studio’s
pink plaid
Pink woke up
stripes at Hickory Chair

Thibaut’s classic combination
Pink intensity
at Tourmaline Home
Pink pixels with
tweed at Norwalk
