– Grays continued with less exposure
– Platinum had more visibility than Gold metallic
– Pastel Pink kept popping up

– Texture led newness
– Textiles inspired both textures and patterns
– Pearl and iridescent finishes continued
– Uneven edges and rims looked trend-right
– Hard squares had lots of new support at volume levels
– Champagne saucers suggested an incoming Vintage theme
MOTIFS AND THEMES
– Lots of companies played with geometry
– The newest flowers looked more romantic than ever
– Small dots leapt ahead
– So did very thin lines
– Growing positive/negative techniques did not treat patterns literally
– Retro looked right for Christmas tableware
