- Texture was strongly present
- Reactive glazes were worked for new effects
- Mixed materials returned
- Glass came with unexpected decorations
- Brushed finishes were incoming for flatware
- Titanium flatware finishes looked great
THEMES AND MOTIFS
- Transitional grew, making Traditional looks more modern
- Layered Vintage looks remained key in this category
- Ethnic designs felt refined
- Lace continued in strength
- Dots meant more this time
- Flowers appeared in every style category
