– Grays were outselling browns for key companies

PATTERNS AND MOTIFS
– Ikats remained the top pattern and top influence on other designs
– Lace inspired print, pattern and laser-cut looks
– Mid-scale geometrics expanded
– Chevrons, abstract zigzags and wavy lines grew substantially
– Stripe widths crept wider, going beyond shirting scale
– Damasks got lots of makeovers to modernize them
