Neutrals for the Future

July 8, 2006 By Michelle Lamb -

Here in London, color is everywhere in the shops, as it has been since the beginning of the year. Even in the midst of this clearance season, it is obvious that targeted combinations are the drivers more than single hues and it all looks great.

But coming up, it is clear that neutrals with desert inspiration are on the way. Khaki colors on the Brown side and Olive hues are migrating into assortments right now, looking great with incoming warm Grays, with Off-Whites and with Tans. (The Trend Curve™ is ready for this shift. Our release of The Trend Curve Colors: Desert Neutrals™ 2007 – 2008 is timed to keep our subscribers on-pace with this upcoming trend. Watch for more on this in the next two weeks).
