L’Objet’s table linen collection made quite a splash in Paris. And why not? The patterns, including fetching mitered stripes and a tiger print, offered mix-and-match variety in an amazing range of au currant solids. Linen sateen in ochre, terra cotta, blue and mossy green harmonized with neutrals of black, warm white and gray.
Coordinating leopard prints matched the company’s leopard tableware pieces. Pairing cat-spot chargers, plates, a teapot, mugs or espresso cups with a rustic terra-leather dinner plate, shown in the company’s stand at Maison & Objet, created a jungle landscape rich in color, pattern and texture. Placing these pieces on top of a leopard cloth took the entire table to the wild side.
